The latest Bondholder appointments and promotions

The sister company to Oberoi Business Hub, Flint Bishop, Dains Accountants and Shakespeare Martineau are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments.
Oberoi Consulting, founded by Kavita Oberoi OBE, who also started Oberoi Business Hub, has appointed Mark Dodd as its new partnership development director.

In his new role, Mark will lead the development of strategic relationships across the NHS and pharmaceutical sectors, supporting the continued expansion of Oberoi Consulting’s population health tools and clinical services.
Kavita said: “We are thrilled to welcome Mark to our leadership team at such an exciting stage of growth.
“His expertise in developing NHS and pharmaceutical partnerships aligns perfectly with our mission to improve patient outcomes and support service transformation. Mark will play a key role in helping us scale our work nationally.”
Law firm Flint Bishop has announced the promotion of Erica Wakeman to associate within its family and matrimonial team, alongside the appointment of Hannah Taylor as a newly qualified solicitor.

Since joining Flint Bishop in 2023, Erica has consistently delivered high-quality legal support across complex divorce and separation matters, including cases involving significant financial settlements and sensitive child arrangements.
Returning to the firm as a qualified solicitor, Hannah re-joins the family and matrimonial team after completing her training contract at Vines Legal Limited.
Chief executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “These appointments strengthen an established cornerstone of our private client offering and enhance our ability to deliver responsive, compassionate legal guidance to clients across the country.
“Erica’s promotion and Hannah’s return also reflect our continued commitment to nurturing legal talent and supporting professional growth within the firm.”

Richard McNeilly, chief executive of Dains said: “David’s appointment marks an exciting milestone for Dains.
“His outstanding track record in M&A, deep understanding of professional services, and experience in scaling private equity-backed businesses make him a powerful addition to our leadership team.”
Meanwhile, Dains has announced the promotion of three directors to partner.

The new partners – Rebecca Jones (corporate tax), Samantha Johnson (payroll) and James Shepherd (employment tax) – reflect Dains’ continued investment in its people, its commitment to specialist expertise, and the strategic expansion of services that support businesses and their employees.
