Survey aims to find your calmness score

Throughout this month, Calm in a Box is offering fellow Bondholders a chance to check their levels of calmness by filling out a scorecard.

The free CALM scorecard aims to help people find out whether they are ‘surviving or thriving’ at work.

Based on responses, Calm in a Box will send participants tips on how to improve performance and help them grow.

The survey, which takes about five minutes to complete, is the brainchild of Calm in a Box founder and chief executive Sarah Markham.

She said: “The aim of the survey is to help people get ahead with their mental fitness and improve performance by working smarter, not harder.

“We sometimes need to slow down to go faster. It’s also vital that we find more time to do the things that are really important us.”
