Regeneration specialist welcomes new project manager

Regeneration specialist Compendium Living has appointed a new project manager to assist with the delivery of large-scale regeneration schemes across the country. 

Lisa Johnson joins Compendium Living with over 25 years’ experience in the industry, having previously held roles in repairs and housing management.

Over time, her career has become increasingly focused on development and regeneration, which led her to the role at Compendium Living, where she will be supporting projects that contribute to the long-term improvement of local areas.

Among the firm’s projects is the £100 million Castleward Urban Village scheme in Derby, which is delivering around 700 new homes, green open space and nearly 35,000 sq ft of commercial retail space.

Lisa said: “I’m looking forward to supporting the delivery of Compendium Living’s regeneration projects.
