Progress made on £30m housing scheme

Progress is continuing to be made on a major £30 million housing development near Chesterfield.

Avant Homes Central is currently building the 143-home Alma Place development, at Holmewood, which comprises a mix of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

Now, the housebuilder has opened a new show home to allow potential buyers to see what is on offer.
