New course aims to boost business performance

Juggling Octopus has announced a new course which aims to help firms achieve excellence and improve their performance.

The firm, which provides an array of business support services, has teamed up with Investors in Excellence (IiE) to deliver the ‘IiE Excellence Excellerator’ course in Derby and Derbyshire.

According to Juggling Octopus, IiE’s proven framework has delivered up to 280% performance improvement across organisations nationwide.

Now, businesses in Derby and Derbyshire will have the opportunity to access it locally through Juggling Octopus.

It will begin with a launch event towards the end of this month, where firms will be able to meet the IiE team and explore what excellence really means in practice.

The first cohort will then embark on a two-day ‘Introduction to Excellence’ course before the end of the year, designed to challenge assumptions, sharpen focus and embed practical change.

Following this there will be the opportunity to undertake the full certification in excellence – a bespoke journey that is designed to support businesses to solve their specific challenges and to demonstrate excellence long term in all that they do.
