National recognition for people strategy

Flint Bishop has been awarded a top Investors in People accreditation recognising its approach to its staff.

The firm, which has offices in Derby and Birmingham, secured gold in recognition of its employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices.

Flint Bishop received the award following a rigorous assessment process and detailed positive feedback from employees.

The achievement follows a sustained period of growth and the most successful financial year to date for the business with turnover climbing to £17.58 million in 2021/22, an increase of 16.6% on the previous year.
