Lettings firm relocates to new HQ and expands team

Berry Lettings, part of The Berry Group, has opened new headquarters and expanded its team to support growing demand across the region.

The company has relocated to a newly refurbished office in Green Lane, Derby, following a six-month renovation programme.

The new HQ provides a dedicated operational base, positioning the business for its next phase of growth.

Originally founded in 2019 to manage the 100-plus properties owned by The Berry Group, Berry Lettings has evolved into a full-service lettings and property management agency.

Today, it supports a wide range of independent landlords and property developers across the region and beyond.

It offers a range of services, including tenant sourcing, rent collection, ongoing property maintenance and bespoke management packages tailored to the needs of each landlord.

Its operations are supported by a 24/7 in-house maintenance team and enhanced by systems for marketing, contract management and finance.

As part of its expansion, the company has welcomed two new team members.

Branch manager Olivia Perchard and lettings negotiator Charlotte Tomlinson will be working alongside existing property manager Mia Berry.
