Lettings firm celebrates best-ever quarter as growth continues

A lettings firm which is part of The Berry Group has reported its best-ever quarterly results.

Between October to December, Berry Lettings delivering the highest number of lettings in the company’s history.

This achievement follows a year of growth and rising demand from landlords across the region and further afield.

Originally founded in 2019 to manage the 100-plus properties owned by The Berry Group, today Berry Lettings supports a diverse portfolio of independent landlords and property developers.

Its offering includes tenant sourcing, rent collection, compliance and bespoke management packages.

Over the last 12 months, the firm, which recently opened its newly refurbished headquarters in Green Lane, has seen its managed property portfolio grow, reaching its highest level to date.

Berry Lettings has also strengthened its team with the appointment of a new branch manager and lettings negotiator, who work alongside the company’s property manager.
