Law firm advises on mouth-watering deal

Law firm Rothera Bray has advised a global pretzel bakery on its acquisition of its long-standing UK distributor.

The firm’s corporate team has advised Ditsch on the acquisition of the business and assets of Worldbake, which distributes Ditsch products.

Rothera Bray’s multidisciplinary team advised on every aspect of the acquisition.

This included not only the purchase of Worldbake’s business and assets, but also the incorporation of the new UK company, along with assistance with setting up banking arrangements to support Ditsch UK’s ongoing operations.
