Hub marks a year of bringing calm

CALM in a Box is celebrating the first anniversary of an initiative designed for people interested in boosting workplace wellbeing.

Twelve months ago, Sarah Markham, founder of CALM in a Box, launched the CALM hub.

The hub allows people to attend events, connect with likeminded people and explore the CALM toolkit, which has been designed to help people fulfil their career potential and achieve a better work/life balance.

Since its launch, CALM hub has grown its community and co-created a digital platform for anyone interested in workplace wellbeing culture and building great places to work where everyone can thrive.

Sarah, who started CALM in a Box in 2019, said: “The CALM hub is for anyone interested in workplace wellbeing – because we can all play a part in creating an effective workplace culture – no matter what role we play or how high up we are in the hierarchy.

“The CALM hub digital community is for the thoughtful change maker looking to create better ways of working – anywhere, anytime.”
