BB&J Commercial is bringing to market an opportunity close to the key Becketwell regeneration scheme in Derby city centre.

Derby City Council has given the go-ahead for 12 contemporary apartments in Derby city centre. Located on Bramble Street, the site has planning consent for the conversion of existing offices into twelve contemporary style one-bedroom units in a courtyard setting and varying in size between 37sq m (308 Sq ft) to 50 sq m (538 sq ft).

Situated within a very short distance of the Becketwell redevelopment which will include the new 3,500-seater performance venue and 259 Build To rent apartments being operated by Grainger plc, Mark Richardson, Partner at BB&J Commercial said: “The timing of the marketing for this project could not be better. It is a fantastic opportunity to build a city centre scheme that will appeal both to professionals and the leisure market.

“We anticipate significant interest from developers looking to capitalise on the redevelopment of Becketwell, by building out a complementary scheme that stands very close by.”

BB&J Commercial are inviting any parties attracted to this opportunity to register their interest by giving them a call on 01332 292825.
