Free masterclass aims to help firms achieve goals

Business consultancy Q Branch has launched a new masterclass, which aims to help founders and business owners achieve their goals before 2026 runs out.

The free 90-Day PowerUP™ Masterclass aims to help firms achieve what they set out to do at the start of the year.

Founders Matt Clutterham and Jenny Jarvis are offering a free live 60-minute online business planning masterclass designed to help business owners “stop drifting” and deliberately decide what the next quarter is going to be about.

Rather than focusing purely on traditional goal setting, its explores both the strategy of deciding what matters and the psychology of actually following through.

Jenny said: “Business planning usually concentrates on what the business needs to do.

“But the plan doesn’t execute itself. It goes back into the hands of a human being with the same diary, distractions, habits, pressures and uncomfortable decisions that existed before the planning session.

“So sometimes the issue isn’t that you need another plan. You need to activate the person responsible for executing it.”
