Fit-out firm makes it a hat-trick of projects for industrial supply group

Design and fit-out specialist DSP (Interiors) has successfully completed its third project for an industrial supply group.

Acting as both principal designer and principal contractor, the Derby-based firm delivered a full turnkey design and fit-out of Hayley Dexis’ new premises at Genesis Park, in Leicester.

The 6,750 sq ft unit has transformed from an empty shell into a bespoke office and warehouse facility, strengthening Hayley Dexis’ presence in the Midlands.

DSP delivered a full turnkey design and fit-out, including building control coordination alongside all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.

The ground floor includes a lobby and waiting area, open-plan office space, an amenity block with toilets and breakout facilities and a trade counter.

The first floor, built on an existing mezzanine, features an open-plan office with tea point, a dedicated training room and a manager’s office.

The scheme follows two previous successful projects delivered by DSP for Hayley Dexis, including a recent site in Burton.
