First female Red Arrows pilot signs for speaker agency

Champions Speakers, part of Champions (UK) plc, has announced it has added the RAF’s first and only female Red Arrows display pilot to its speaker roster.

Kirsty Murphy MBE is one of the UK’s most compelling keynote speakers, combining frontline military experience with a clear, practical perspective on leadership, resilience and performance under pressure.

After qualifying as a pilot in 1998, she went on to fly the Tornado GR4 on operations before moving into senior roles in fast jet training and capability.

In 2009, she joined the Red Arrows, entering one of the most demanding and visible teams in the world.

Her talks focus on helping individuals and organisations perform in uncertain and high-pressure environments, drawing directly from her experience in roles where decisions carry real consequences.

She said: “Joining Champions has been an unexpected pleasure.

“I was not sure what to expect from a speaker bureau, but from my first visit I knew it was the right place for me to take the next step with my speaking career.”
