Firm’s boss hoping to clean up at awards

The boss of premium housekeeping business Bright & Beautiful has been shortlisted for a national award recognising the best franchisees.
Toni Hibbert has been named as a finalist in the Community Impact category at the 2025 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards.

She bought her Bright & Beautiful business in 2018 and now employs 18 people.
Toni said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have been nominated, and now named a finalist, for the Community Impact Award.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to see how my business and my passion for supporting others can come together in such a meaningful way.
“From day one, I’ve aimed to build an ethical business that provides real opportunities and puts people first.
“After attending my first networking event, I became a sponsor of me & dee, and what began as a small gesture has evolved naturally over the last seven years into something that’s now part of who I am.
“I am proud to be a trustee of such an amazing charity while blending business, community and purpose is a win-win, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
The winners will be announced on 6 November.
