Dains continues strong deal-making momentum

The corporate finance arm of Dains has continued its strong deal-making momentum after delivering another strong quarter of activity.

It has resulted in Dains Corporate Finance securing national and regional recognition in Experian’s latest MarketIQ rankings.

Nationally, Dains achieved 16th place, completing 34 transactions so far this year.

Regionally, the firm rose to fourth place in the Midlands (up from seventh in 2024) with 24 completed deals and in Scotland, Dains entered the top 10, placing ninth with five transactions.

After breaking into the UK’s top 20 in Q1, the firm has continued to climb the rankings.
