Cricket club to host tribute act music festival
Derbyshire County Cricket Club has announced it will be hosting a brand-new three-day music festival this summer showcasing some of the UK’s top tribute acts.
Echo Fest will take place at The Central Co-op County Ground from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 July, promising feel-good festival vibes, big sing-along anthems, memorable moments and a full weekend of live entertainment for music fans of all ages.

Friday’s ‘Alternative Anthems’ line-up includes tributes to Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters, The Killers and Nirvana.
Saturday’s ‘Top of the Pops’ day brings high-energy pop favourites to the stage, with tributes to Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Lewis Capaldi, K-Pop, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, Adele and Oasis.
The weekend concludes on Sunday with ‘Classic Rock’, featuring tributes to Queen, Bon Jovi, Black Sabbath, KISS, The Rolling Stones and AC/DC.
Tom Skinner, head of marketing and communications at Derbyshire County Cricket Club, said: “It’s a pleasure to work with the Echo Fest team on such a community-driven event, which will bring a real festival atmosphere to The Central Co-op County Ground and build on the numerous successful concerts held at the venue since 2017.”
