Charity welcomes continued support of major donor

A charity backed by entrepreneurs – including the founder of Oberoi Business Hub – has welcomed the continued support of a major donor.

April Homer has once again pledged her support for the Star Trust, which aims to transform lives and strengthen communities across the region.

The trust’s mission is to provide fast, meaningful support to grassroots charities and community projects making a real difference to local people.

Since its launch, it has raised over £1.1 million, supported 149 charities and positively impacted the lives of more than 94,059 people across the East Midlands through the generosity of its donors, supporters and fundraising initiatives.
