A national car parts business has become the latest firm to take space at a Derby commercial park, following a deal completed by BB&J Commercial.

Digraph has expanded into the city after taking occupation of 5,812 sq ft of new build space at Eagle Park.

The firm has 20 branches nationwide, supplying parts from leading manufacturers for the commercial truck and trailer, bus and coach markets.

Eagle Park is in an established area of Derby with nearby occupiers such as Screwfix, Howdens, Jewsons, Andrew Page and City Electrical Factors.

The new build development of industrial/trade counter units, located off Alfreton Road, were built by Ivygrove Developments.

Graham Bancroft, partner at BBJ Commercial, said: “The letting to Digraph was completed quickly and easily and their use and strong covenant fits in nicely within our client’s portfolio.

“The transaction showcases the continued strength of the industrial/warehouse market with demand still outstripping supply.”
