Business park’s anniversary to be marked

Bondholders Essential Print Services and NK Motors have teamed up to organise a free networking event, which will celebrate 25 years of Pride Park.

Held at NK Motors, in Orient Way, on Thursday 29 September, at 4.30pm, delegates will be welcomed to the informal meeting by event hosts Yvonne Gorman, chief executive of Essential Print Services and Abigail Whitt, business and fleet sales specialist at NK Motors.

The duo hopes to revive a regular networking event for the area, which used to tour around Pride Park at various venues to showcase the variety of companies on the business park.

Yvonne said: “Pride Park has hundreds of businesses and I’m always astounded that new suppliers and customers could be right on our doorstep.

“It is important to know who your neighbours are because you never know when you’re going to need help and support, especially in these uncertain times.”

Abigail said: “This is a great opportunity for Pride Park and local businesses to get together and network – and check out what NK have to offer.”
