Builder helps to create affordable homes

Hodgkinson Builders has teamed up with a social housing provider on a project to build affordable homes in the East Midlands.

ACIS Group has appointed Hodgkinson to construct a 47-home development in Birch Road, in Louth, Lincolnshire.

Work on the site, which comprises 30 affordable rented and 17 shared ownership properties, has just begun.

Robert Hodgkinson, director at Hodgkinson Builders, said: “ACIS is a new client to us and things have started very well.

“The relationship is strong, and we are looking to delivering a successful project, and hopefully the start of many.

“We are keen to make a positive and social change and are delighted to be able to provide much-needed housing.”
