Bondholders unite to support coaching community

Marketing Derby Bondholders Indigo Drum Communications and Your Vision Coaching have joined forces to launch a new venture designed to support business coaches.

Indigo’s Jonathan Leach and Your Vision Coaching’s Liz Horsey have launched Midlands Coaching Club, which aims to support, inspire and connect emerging and progressive coaches across the region.

The club’s first event, Coaching Connect 2025, will take place this November at Great Northern Classics in Derby, and is now open for bookings.

The delegates will receive practical support and hear from successful coaches and specialists, including Bev Wakefield, of Vibrant Accountancy.

The Midlands Coaching Club has been created to meet the needs of coaches at both the early and progressive stages of their practice.

Through events, networking opportunities and ongoing peer support, the club aims to bring together a vibrant community of like-minded professionals who believe in coaching as a force for good.

Jonathan said: “We know how valuable it is for coaches, and those in similar service professions, to have a supportive community where they can learn from each other, share experiences, and grow together.

“Midlands Coaching Club is about building that space right here in Derby and across the region.”

Liz said: “Coaching can sometimes feel like a lonely journey. Our mission is to create an encouraging and practical environment that helps coaches build both confidence and business skills, and to have some fun along the way.”

The Coaching Connect 2025 event will take place on 21 November at Great Northern Classics, in Osmaston Road, Derby.
