Auctioneer appointed to sell industrial units

SDL Auctions is set to sell off a collection of industrial units on behalf of Derbyshire County Council later this month.

The 12-unit Cobnar Wood Close development, at Chesterfield, which houses tenants like industrial pumps distributor Applied Pumps, will be sold through SDL Property Auctions on behalf of the local authority.

The units, which total 29,000 sq ft and have a guide price of £1.35 million, will be featured in the auctioneer’s upcoming live-streamed event on 25 September.

Currently generating £160,000 in rental income, with an expected rise to £170,000 next year, the Cobnar Wood units are situated next to Chesterfield Trading Estate.
