Architects mark evolution with major rebrand

Derby architects Morrison Design has unveiled its first major rebrand in over a decade.

The firm, which is based at Darley Abbey Mills, has lifted the lid on its updated brand identity, which includes a brand-new website.

Since Morrison Design’s three directors Nik Clarke, Peter Newman-Earp and David Gardner, took over the business in 2019 the business has grown and evolved.

Deciding that its previous branding no longer reflected who they were, the firm enlisted creative agency Stimulating Minds to create something that visually represented the company’s vision as well as its new values.

As well as the new branding, Morrison Design also enlisted local photographer Simon Bernacki to capture new images of its projects and people.

And fellow Bondholder Essential Print Services has produced the firm’s new business cards and stationery.

Director Nik Clarke said: “We want to say a huge thank you to all of the local businesses who have made this happen.

“It’s been a real team effort and we’re delighted with the outcome.

“We were finally able to share the new branding with our team at Mackworth Farmhouse just before Christmas and we were chuffed that they loved it as much as we do.”
