Agent secures new home for children’s nursery

BB&J Commercial has completed the acquisition of a newly developed commercial unit on behalf of a children’s nursery.

Lots for Tots Childcare will officially open the doors to its Egginton Road site, in Hilton, next month.

The property is one of three new commercial units developed on a 0.42-acre site.

With Class E planning consent, the unit has now been fully transformed into a bespoke nursery space.
