BB&J Commercial has completed the letting of a building in Derby to a specialist in vehicle recovery, roadside assistance and professional towing services.

It has let the former Cannoncraft premises, in Alfreton Road, to Perfect Tow to help support the firm’s growing operations.

With the deal, BB&J achieved a smooth transition for its client, as it moved from owner-occupier to landlord.

Cameron Godfrey, surveyor at BB&J Commercial, said: “Perfect Tow was an ideal occupier for the premises, and the property provides them with the space and facilities required to support their continued growth.”

Graham Bancroft, partner at BB&J Commercial, said: “We are very pleased to have secured this letting on behalf of our client.

“After a long time occupying this building themselves, the move to being a landlord was a big change. However, working closely together with our clients we were able to ensure a stress-free process for them, which has resulted in a long-term letting of the property, and we wish Perfect Tow much success in the property.”

BB&J also expressed thanks to Danielle Upton, of Smith Partnership, whose guidance on the legal process “played a vital role” in bringing the deal to completion.
