Agent engineers Pride Park property deal

BB&J Commercial has completed the sale of a Pride Park office building to an engineering firm.

Aegis Engineering has bought 41 Brunel Parkway, a two-storey office building, which offers almost 3,000 sq ft of space.

The firm has acquired the property to support its ongoing expansion.
