Agent completes solid deal with coatings firm

BB&J Commercial has announced the successful sale of a unit to a specialist provider of industrial coatings, surface preparation and protective finishing solutions.

Acting on behalf of Tilotte Properties, the agent has sold Kable House, at Langley Mill to Pattern Imprinted Concrete Supplies.

The company supports clients across construction, engineering and manufacturing, delivering protective coatings for steelwork, metal fabrications and large-scale industrial components.
