Accountants advise on healthcare business sale

Bates Weston has advised a healthcare business on its sale to a national operator.

The firm’s corporate finance team, consisting of Kate Evans, Nicola Bullock and Chris Jones, advised the shareholders of Complesso Healthcare Solutions on its sale to Eden Futures.

Based in the West Midlands, Complesso provides supported living services to adults with learning disabilities and other mental health conditions.

Eden Futures operates nationally and supports people who are autistic or have a learning or physical disability or experience mental ill health.
