Accountancy group strengthens advisory capabilities

Dains Group has strengthened its innovation advisory capabilities with its latest acquisition.

The firm has acquired GHE, leading experts in accessing grant funding for research and innovation projects.

GHE strengthens the group’s position as a partner for businesses seeking funding to drive innovation and growth across the UK and Europe.

It is Dains Group’s fifth acquisition since securing private equity investment from IK Partners and 15th overall since 2021.

The acquisition of GHE follows the addition of TBAT Innovation to the group in September.
