Clinic’s new premises are a beauty

A beauty clinic has become the new tenant at a historic building in Derby owned by Morgan Industrial Properties.

Neo Elegance Skin Clinic, which provides professional beauty devices and skin treatments for clients across the country, has agreed a deal for 9 Vernon Street.

The property comprises a characterful three-storey period building, which has been converted for clinic use while retaining and emphasising its original features.

The deal was completed for Morgan Industrial Properties by David Brown Commercial.

David Powell, commercial property manager at Morgan Industrial Properties, said: “As a property investment company, we view ourselves as being custodians of historic property, and 9 Vernon Street is the perfect example of this.

“When we acquired it, the property was in need of some attention and we undertook a full sympathetic refurbishment.

“Off the back of this it is great to see it being occupied again – and Neo Elegance are the ideal tenant. We wish them all the best for the future.”

Ashley Elliott, a surveyor from David Brown, said: “After exposing the property to the open market, we were delighted to have completed the letting to Neo Elegance who were looking for a premises that provided them with office space for administration work and treatment rooms for clinical procedures, whilst maintaining the aesthetic look a business of that nature requires.

“9 Vernon Street provided them with a property that suited their requirements perfectly.”
