Letting secured for industrial premises

FHP Property Consultants has secured a long-term lease for an industrial property in Derbyshire on behalf of PMW Property.

It has let the former CST Industries premises, in Cotes Park Lane, Somercotes, near Alfreton, to an undisclosed tenant who has taken a long-term lease on the property with an option to purchase.

The premises offer 25,000 sq ft of warehouse/production space with offices and sits on a two-acre site area.

Matthew Wrigley, from PMW Property, said: “This result shows the strength of the current market with a number of underbidders on this property and an excellent end result in the terms we have agreed with the undisclosed tenant.”
