Another deal at office village

FHP Property Consultants has announced another deal at an office village in Derbyshire.

Earlier this year, the firm completed the sale of Unit 5 at Key Point Office Village, in Keys Road, Alfreton.

Now, it has recently secured the letting of Unit 6 and 7, with Bulldog Service Group signing a five-year lease.

The property comprises two office buildings that have recently been converted into one, providing almost 2,800 sq ft of accommodation.

Key Point Office Village is situated off the A38, neat to Junction 28 of the M1.
