FHP Property Consultants has started marketing a property in Derby’s St Peters Quarter, which it is set to be turned into apartments.

The current owners of the property, which consists of the upper floors of former retail stores on the corner of Albion Street, have applied to Derby City Council for permission to turn them into eight apartments.

Dan Mooney, from FHP Property Consultants, said: “This is a fantastic development opportunity, which is coming to market.

“City centre living is becoming increasingly popular and this property is in an ideal central location.

“In addition, the property benefits from a continual footfall given its busy spot, with the Derbion shopping centre one side and Riverlights on the other side.

“The property could suit local investors but all interested parties are welcome to make enquires.”
