Business centre full after letting secured

FHP Property Consultants has reported that a Derbyshire business centre is now full after securing a deal for the final unit.

HD Windows and Gutters has taken a new lease at Unit 10 at the Viking Business Centre at Woodville, Swadlincote.

The business centre comprises 12 industrial/warehouse units, which are all now occupied.

Estée Coulthard-Boardman, from FHP, who secured the deal, said: “Unit 10 was the last available unit on this estate and I am pleased to say that Viking Business Centre is now fully let.

“I also let Unit 2 just a few weeks before, so it is great to see two new occupiers on the estate.

“We received a strong amount of interest in both properties, which is no surprise given the ongoing demand in the industrial market and very limited supply.

“We would urge any property owners within the South Derbyshire area to please contact FHP as we have a number of parties active in the market.”
