Derbyshire marketing agency MacMartin Creative is celebrating after being shortlisted for a top regional award.

The firm, which is based at the Bartonfields Centre, at Church Broughton, has been named as a finalist in the Best Rural Small Business category at the Rural Business Awards.

It has received a nomination for the Midlands final – and if successful, the company will progress through to the national final.

The Rural Business Awards aim to celebrate the best rural businesses in the UK, recognising a range of businesses, including farmers, food producers, manufacturers, business services and destinations.

Run by sisters Anna Hutton and Claire MacDonald, MacMartin Creative is a full-service marketing agency, based in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside.

It offers its clients a range of services and expertise, including website design, graphic design, social media, copywriting, email marketing, SEO and paid search.

Anna said: “We are incredibly excited to have been shortlisted for this award.

“Living and working in rural Derbyshire, surrounded by other incredible rural businesses, is an absolute pleasure. We’re looking forward to the finals and keeping our fingers crossed.”
