Adair backs Derby Property Summit

Chartered Surveyors and Construction Consultants Adair Ltd has given its backing to this year’s Derby Property Summit.

The firm is sponsoring the event, which is set to take place on Wednesday, 14 July, showcasing the city’s investment pipeline and future opportunities.

Adair’s Derby office, which opened in 2019, provides project monitoring, quantity surveying and building surveying services to clients in Derby and the surrounding area.



Local projects the firm is involved in is the provision of extra teaching accommodation at John Port Spencer Academy, in Etwall, and the refurbishment of Grade II-listed farm buildings on the Welbeck Estate.

The firm has decided to back the property summit to not only meet key stakeholders, but also learn more about future pipeline opportunities.

Director Stewart Owen, Head of Business Development at Adair, said: “We are excited to be sponsoring The Derby Property Summit 2021 and particularly as it is the first hybrid property and investment event in the city.

Registrations are now open for the Derby Property Summit, which this year will be a hybrid event.

Hosted by business journalist Declan Curry, it will feature speakers, including Derby City Council chief executive Paul Simpson, as well as a representative from St James Securities and Cale Street.
