Green light for business park next phase
Planning permission has been granted for the second phase of a new business park in Derbyshire.
Erewash Borough Council has given Clowes Developments the green light for three speculatively-built units, totalling 45,000 sq ft, at its Forbes Park development, in Long Eaton.
The units will be jointly marketed by agents NG Chartered Surveyors and FHP Property Consultants .
The contractor, Roe Developments, is already on site having recently completed the earth works in readiness to start building phase one of the development, known as Forbes Court.
Chris Proctor, from FHP Property Consultants, said: “More space becoming available at Forbes Park is great news for the market at a time when we continue to see remarkable levels of demand across all sizes and spheres of the East Midlands commercial property market from both tenants and potential purchasers alike.
