Business park reaches full occupancy

A business park in Derbyshire has reached full occupancy thanks to deals completed by FHP Property Consultants.

Railway View Business Park in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, has now been fully sold and let.

Developed by Marroe Developments and Roe Developments, the site includes nine occupiers, both local and national.

Chris Proctor, from FHP Property Consultants, who brokered the deals, said: “Marroe Developments has produced a high-quality estate, which has been well received by the local market.

“I am delighted to say we have two further sites in Clay Cross in the pipeline with the first phase of units at Wingfield View under construction and available in August.
