Clowes aims for the podium

Clowes Developments has revealed plans for a huge new business park near to the home of the British Grand Prix.

The firm, based at Ednaston, near Ashbourne, has unveiled a project called Podium Business Park, a 345,300 sq ft development, near to Silverstone, in Northamptonshire.

Speculatively built, the scheme aims to attract businesses working within the high-performance engineering and motorsport sectors, as well as other industrial and warehouse operators.

James Richards, director at Clowes, said: “With our philosophy and emphasis on delivering premium quality buildings, we are confident that Podium Business Park can present such individuality and high specification as required by this sector.

“We are able to provide occupiers with bespoke fit-out solutions to suit individual occupier requirements and terms are available on a freehold or leasehold basis.”
