A spread of signs

Having recently welcomed two new additions to its team, Bondholder Lemon Signs is expanding further.

With the economy showing the first glimmer of a reawakening, Lemon Signs’ owner and managing director, Martin Lemiesz is experiencing an unprecedented demand for his firm’s particular set of skills and services.

Since setting up as a one-man band in 2015, Martin has helped over three dozen Bondholder companies.

This latest spike in demand has impacted on all areas of his business, and while he has already addressed this in the production and marketing departments with the addition of David Candler and Richard Pettinger, he needs to further this growth with yet more production staff, artworkers and estimators.

Martin said: “Like so many businesses, we fully expected to see a drop in demand during the pandemic, but this has not proved to be the case, with many of our clients taking the opportunity of lockdown to refresh, improve or renew internal and external signage.

“Our order books are still full, and I need to ensure that I can continue to deliver the level of service that our customers have come to expect.”
