TMLA is a CIM-accredited study centre dedicated to empowering businesses and marketing professionals with the skills, knowledge, and industry insight to make an impact and accelerate careers. Combining academic excellence with real-world application, we offer high-quality, flexible learning experiences that are both practical and engaging.

Backed by our partnership with award-winning marketing agency MacMartin, we bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring our students gain relevant, actionable knowledge. We are small enough to provide a personal, supportive learning environment yet deeply connected to the wider marketing industry, offering valuable expertise and networking opportunities.

Our training courses and qualifications are designed for individuals and teams at different stages of their career – from junior members of staff looking to gain confidence and a deeper understanding of the marketing landscape, to senior marketers wanting to become more strategic in their approach. We also provide intensive skills bootcamps for those who are new to marketing and want to build digital marketing skills from the ground-up.

We want to be more connected to Derby’s business community. As a local CIM-accredited study centre, we’re already working with professionals and businesses across the region. Becoming a Bondholder is a natural next step.

Derby has always been home. Both of us grew up here and studied at the University of Derby, so the city has played a big role in our personal and professional lives.
