Leadership Retreats – 100 Day Strategy Spark course that supports leaders to use their first 100 days wisely, whether new to post or looking to rewrite the strategy for a problem or increase market share.

Deliberative democracy and citizen participation – in collaboration with Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire regions, building a forum for better citizen engagement and increased trust in power. Roots & Futures is a non-profit that funds this activity in Derbyshire.

Government and strategy consulting for the East Midlands – from digital, people and corporate services transformation, to team building workshops, to designing organisational-wide strategies, to auditing, to creating programme plans, Roots & Futures can support.
