With over 20 years of experience, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, fast-track construction projects across the commercial, industrial, veterinary education, and leisure sectors.

• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services through its in-house team

The company prides itself on delivering projects on time and within budget, maintaining full control over quality and execution by using its own skilled tradespeople. A&S has also been an official partner of Derby County Football Club, reflecting its strong local ties and community engagement.

Recently, A&S transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), reinforcing its commitment to long-term sustainability and shared success.

We became a Marketing Derby Bondholder to help raise the profile of A&S and the work we do. Until now, we’ve never advertised — we’ve built our reputation purely on the quality of our work and the strength of repeat business. While that’s something we’re proud of, it has naturally limited our network and visibility.

Joining the Bondholder community is a step towards changing that. We recently transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), so securing the future of the company through new connections and opportunities is more important than ever.
