Hi, I’m Fred Warner, I partner with CEOs & Investors who are placing high-stakes bets (decisions) on what their engineering organisations will do or become next, their products, their technologies & positioning.

My career was built in demanding hi-tech engineering environments in advanced energy & propulsion systems & components in aerospace, F1, H2 fuel cell, automotive, rail & industrial sectors.

The pain of misplaced major investment decisions, without being clear on the risks & market insights for product decisions, and legislations driving direction are avoidable.

I operate at the point where product direction, engineering capability and capital meet. I partner with leadership teams on future engineering bets and the decisions that sit behind them.

With a background in aeronautical engineering, I’ve been a chartered engineer for 22 years, and built my career to CEO/ MD level through project & change management before becoming an independent partner in 2019.
