Bondholders cement reputation at Brick Awards

BB&J Commercial and Morrison Design have triumphed at awards which recognise the region’s best property and construction firms.

At the East Midlands Bricks Awards 2026, organised by East Midlands Business Link, commercial property agent BB&J Commercial secured Deal of the Year while architects Morrison Design was named Responsible Business.

The awards showcase the outstanding work of those behind the changing landscape of the region.

BB&J was recognised for a deal involving 73 Monk Street in Derby, the sale of which has paved the way for a major student apartments scheme.
