Education specialist launches offers to strengthen inclusion
Neuroscience-based education specialist Forming Connections has launched two new support offers to help schools strengthen inclusion and respond to behaviour with confidence.
As mainstream schools prepare to develop and publish their Inclusion Strategy by December, the Derby-based consultancy has launched two bespoke education offers designed to support both strategic school improvement and the day-to-day realities of the classroom.
The first involves support schools to build meaningful inclusion strategies that strengthen their universal offer, removes barriers to participation and creates cultures where every child feels they belong.
Alongside whole-school consultancy, Forming Connections is also launching a targeted behaviour support service for individual pupils.

Brenda Keirnan, founder and education director at Forming Connections, who is a former local authority SND and behaviour advisory teacher, said: “Schools are working incredibly hard to meet increasingly complex needs.
“Sometimes the priority is developing a whole-school vision for inclusion, and sometimes it’s helping one child remain successfully in their classroom. Both matter.
“My role is to work alongside schools to create practical, sustainable solutions that build confidence, strengthen belonging and improve outcomes for children and young people.”
