Agent secures letting to domestic energy efficiency firm

BB&J Commercial has announced the successful letting of a unit in Derby to a company that helps deliver energy-efficient homes and reduce carbon emissions.

Acting on behalf a of a retained client, it has leased 5 Enterprise Way, at Jubilee Business Park, to Coactivation Limited.

The company works extensively with social housing providers to deliver energy-efficient retrofit programmes, helping to alleviate fuel poverty and support clients in achieving their net-zero carbon goals.
