Law firm accelerates northern expansion with new office

Flint Bishop is accelerating its expansion into the north of England with the opening of a new office.

The Derby headquartered law firm has officially opened a new state-of-the-art hub in Sheffield.

The move follows a period of record-breaking financial growth, with firm surpassing a landmark £43 million in revenue for year ending 30 April 2026, effectively doubling the firm’s overall size in just two years.

The new Sheffield office provides more than 70 workstations, high-tech meeting facilities, contemporary collaboration and breakout areas, dedicated training and event space, and modern amenities that support flexible working, innovation and employee wellbeing.

Chief executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “Following our record financial performance, this office provides the high-specification infrastructure required to meet surging client demand across Yorkshire.

“We are investing heavily in our people, technology and local footprint to bring a formidable, full-service legal offering straight to Sheffield’s corporate sector.”
