Agent completes sale of sought after site

BB&J Commercial has announced the successful sale of a property in Littleover which had been marketed as a potential development opportunity.

The firm has sold White Lodge, in The Hollow, to a local builder, who intends to expand upon the current footprint of the existing cottage and create a larger family home, ensuring the property remains a residential dwelling while making the most of its sizeable plot.

The property comprises a substantial detached three-bedroom dwelling, occupying a 0.54-acre site.

“Throughout the marketing process we received interest from a variety of parties, including developers, investors and owner-occupiers.
